Duochrome Matte Lip Toppers are semi-sheer matte liquid lipsticks that transform any lip color into a duochrome metallic matte lip. Its fine shimmer particles add a subtle highlight to any color for a long wear metallic finish.
For best results, apply a base lip color and gently blot or tap on the lip topper. Reapply in thin coats for increased effect. Best removed gently with oil or an oil based remover.
